Kiriwehera

Kiriwehera stands to the north of lankathilaka shrine.This stupa was built by king Prakkramabahu.The site was cleared in 1910 by the Department of rchaeology.the basement of the stupa was buried under debris.The bell,the drum foundation.The circumference is 80.46m.The diameter is 26.82m.

      

Lankathilaka viharaya

Proceeding northwords along the gravel road from the enterance to Rankot vehera to westword there is a path way through the terraces to reach lankathilaka vihare.before the excavetions this vihara wasknown as Jethawana vihara.the name lankathilaka viharais popularlyused vfter the excavetion.
